Butternut Deli is a gorgeous little shop yet stocked with a great range of local, home baked and worldwide food to suit many tastes.
We source the best ingredients for our home baked cakes and savouries, always ensuring to use free range eggs and local farmhouse dairy products. You’ll definitely not find any hydrogenated fats, preservatives or additives in our food its all freshly baked and hand made.
The shelves are stuffed with delicious products sourced locally and worldwide. We aim to please and therefore only sell what we consider to be of the best quality & which pass the taste test!

Deli Opening Times:
Sunday & Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 8.30 to 5.30
Wednesday: 8.30 - 6.30
Thursday: Closed (we are at Bradford on Avon Market 8 - 1pm)
Friday: 8.30 - 6.30
Saturday: 8.30 - 6.30 (we are also at Wells Market 8 - 4pm)

Bradford on Avon and Wells Markets
You can also catch the Butternut Deli at the market, we currently have a stall at Bradford on Avon, and Wells Somerset.
Both markets we sell an overwhelming variety of cakes, slices, savoury tarts & meat pies.
If your really looking for some thing special why not join us at the Wells market where we display over 30 varieties of bread, up to 6 varieties of honey, cakes and savouries!

Reducing Waste
We take pride in producing the best tasting food, and using the finest ingredients. That is why we also comit to packaging your purchases in totally recyclable or reusable packaging.
Unlike other establishments we do not charge for this. However, whether you are shopping at the market or in the deli, you will always be politely asked whether you need a bag (this is to remind us all of how our actions impact on the environment).
You are always welcome to bring your own bag, even the one you may have been given the week before.
If you do need a bag, we will carefully pack your purchases in a totally recyclable paper carrier bag small or large, free of charge!
